Thank you to everyone who commented on the My Hometown Helper grant earlier this year.  We were not awarded the grant, but the good news is we can reapply!

 So, I have reapplied for the My Hometown Helper grant, and I need some help from you.  Please visit this link to comment on our grant.  The more comments, the better our chances!

The library has applied for a grant to get new furniture for the new library.  It is sponsored by Hamburger Helper, who is giving away up to $15,000 per grant until 9/30/07 “to fund projects in hometowns all across America”.  To help demonstrate our need, members of the community can view our request and make comments.  Please take the time to visit our request page and make a comment about our request.  It would be so nice to have new furniture for our new space.  Thanks!
